  • Items beyond the return period (30 days after receiving the item).
  • Customized items or special promotion items (e.g., marked as “non-returnable”).

2. Shipping Fees

Returns for Non-Quality Issues

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Payment Options

  • Customers may arrange their own return shipping or use our provided logistics service (shipping costs to be paid by the customer).

3. Exchange Process

Request a Return/Exchange

  • Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return/exchange authorization and address.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged and include the order number for faster processing.

Ship the Item Back

  • Return the item to the provided address and keep the tracking number for reference.

Replacement Shipment

  • The replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return/Exchange Address

  • 10%-20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and restocking costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund amount will be the product price minus the 10%-20% restocking fee.
